I’m Linzee
LinZee is an Embodiment coach, Motivational speaker, Spiritual Mentor to the conscious feminine, as well as Co-owner of Align and Allow retreats - which offers Liberating experiences worldwide to women looking for deeper alignment and connection to self. Linzee has been on an intense and profound healing journey after finding herself deeply confronted by the depths of her own suffering and life-altering traumas. After years of inner work, she has grown inspired to share her experiences and the tools she's gained that helped her transform her pain into her greatest purpose.
Linzee is a powerful Breathwork facilitator, trained in modalities including Somatic release Breathwork, Yoga Nidra, life coaching, Master Yoga teacher, CPT, and a wealth of Somatic-based movement techniques for nervous-system regulation.
Her ability to relate and deeply connect with those around her is soul-nourishing and adds a gentle layer of warmth to the challenging moments. Linzee’s approach is dynamic and full of fire, rooted in humility and relatability all while holding space for you to turn your shadows into super powers!
